• Custom Orders: For custom celebratory cakes, bespoke wedding cakes, and corporate catering, specific details and requirements will be discussed and agreed upon separately. A deposit may be required, and cancellation policies will apply.
• Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images on our site are as accurate as possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, some variations in appearance may occur.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Prices for products do not include delivery fees unless explicitly stated.
• Booking Classes & Workshops: Booking for baking classes and workshops is subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellation policies for classes will be provided upon booking.
• Allergens: Our products are prepared in a kitchen where allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs are present. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. Please inform us of any allergies when placing an order.

5. Payment and Cancellation

• Payment: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our site. Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is required to confirm orders or bookings.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • For custom cakes and catering, cancellation terms will be detailed in your individual order agreement.
  • For classes and workshops, cancellations made within a specified period (e.g., 7 days) may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, subject to our discretion.
  • General product orders may be cancelled if production has not yet commenced.
